Excellent Customer Service
Stephen F.I would have given a great review overall until I got phone call from who I assume was the owner after I dropped the truck off. Without even saying hello, he began accusing me of not returning equipment I didn't even rent. He told me I had handtrucks and multi dozen pads that I didn't return (I only rented one hand truck, an appliance dolly, and 1/2 dozen pads - all of which were returned with the truck -folded and cleaned.) After a minute of me running through what I had paid for and returned, he relented. Not the greatest experience. Maybe confirm what customer has what before accusing them of something.
Holly V.Headlights barely worked. Turn signals didn't work. Thankfully I used the truck during mostly daylight hours. Wouldn't want to have to drive it on unlighted streets.
