Too much hassle. Taking all the many many photos etc… lock was hard to get open.

Glenn DThe key was not in the truck I was supposed to pick up. While I appreciated having a customer service number that I could call (and they were helpful) it took me over 30 minutes to complete the pick-up process.
Sean SThe inside of the U-Haul smelled like smoke when we entered it. Also I reserved a 15-ft U-Haul and got a 10-ft U-Haul because it was the only one available. Apparently they canceled my reservation and moved it to a 10-foot. Either way it worked out. Great customer service at this location and it was nearby so those were positive aspects. Thank you!
