Very friendly and competent staff at the Buddy Isles location. From front-desk reception to paperwork processing to the employee who safely hooked up the trailer to my vehicle, the experience was a pleasure and confidence-inspiring. Well done, Buddy Isles staff! ROARK WAccording to the counter representative, the unit had been checked out by U-Haul representative however, one taillight was not working so I had to purchase a set of magnetic lights to mount on the vehicle in tow. When I got the unit to my home to load the vehicle, I notice that one tire was flatter than the other. When I check the pressure, one tire was at 55 lbs. and the other was 32 lbs. I put air into the tire to bring it to 55 lbs. I don't know who the U-Haul representative was that check out this unit before my rental, but they did not do their job in my opinion.
