Mark RRich was awesome when picking up the U-Haul truck! Everything was easy, he was waiting there for us, and took less than 5 mins to get the truck. It was a little confusing to figure out where to park/enter to pick up the truck, so it was lucky that Rich was waiting for us. I did have a very frustrating experience with U-Haul during pick up. When reserving the truck online, I selected my pick up location as Romeoville. I went to the Romeoville U-haul center at 2 pm for pick up, as was shown on my reservation confirmation, only to be told that my reservation was changed to the Lockport location, and that I needed to go and pick it up immediately because they closed at 3 PM. I never received an e-mail, text, or any other sort of notification that my pick-up location had changed. This experience was stressful, led to significant rushing, and took an extra hour to drive to and from the lockport location due to heavy traffic. I was disappointed that I was never notified about the change
