Nicole GMake sure if your doing an after hours rental you leave the key in the right box and make sure the equipment is there. Luckily all the lockboxes were not actually locked so I went through every one to find my key but couldn't undo the lack of a Dolly. Driving all over Chicago when I have a time sensitive pickup was not fun.
