I told my phone service that I needed the trailer in Romeoville on Weber road literraly 5 minutes from home they booked me for Lockport. Which was a 30 minute drive from my home. Needless to say I was behind schedule. Very unhappy!!!
Angel kLot was very confusing. There were uhauls in one lot and than uhauls in the fenced lot.
Zachary HNo personnel there. I managed taking pictures & submitting on app. The parking lot is sloped, so we weren't able to park the trailer in the parking lot. We didn't want the trailer to roll away once it is disconnected, so we parked it on the side.
