I have received fule less then then mentioned tank on receipt Upon returning they ask me to fill More then I marked starting on fule meter & Wind shield, windows were not clean.

Over all it was a pretty easy transaction, I have to admit I didn't know that this location was a U-Haul place. I thought it was just a Arco with a garage and a mini-mart. There might be a reason for this?
Randolph CLocation is easy to find and the truck was clean and brand new. Especially the staff was so nice and helpful. I would Hundred 💯 percent recommend this place to my family and friends.
SUKHVINDER SI guess my idea over the gas gauge was and his idea were different. I first had to add five dollars then he said another five. He didn't even go in the back of the truck to see if the rugs and the dolly were there. Seemed very busy and too preoccupied.
CYNTHIA PBecause I rented a 20’ truck and they didn’t have a 20’ so they told me they’ll give me a 26’ truck at 20’ price. Not the case it cost 200.00 more than quoted and to top it off. They said return the truck to certain location and I’ll get 101.00 dollars back not the case they ripped me off twice I’ll never use there services again and I suggest going elsewhere. I rented 3 trucks in a month period first two went ok but last rental they took total advantage of customer. Save the hassle go somewhere else. Unhappy customer
