Service was not good, very stressful
VERNON LThe only thing that needs improvement is the check-in procedure on the U-Haul app. It failed spectacularly and wasted an hour of my time while movers and helpers were standing around in the California summer sun waiting. Customer service on the telephone seemed ill-equipped to assist although I believe she was trying her best she just wasn't given the tools necessary to fix my check in and get me on the road with my moving truck. But this had nothing to do with the location, the pickup spot for the U-Haul was fine as anything it was the app that I had problems with.
