The truck was dirty inside. Blood on the driver side seat. There was a bunch of trash in the trailer part of the truck. I was charged more because the gas wasn't documented correctly previously to me renting it. I never received a receipt not even in my email. I called and was told it was sent. I returned the truck over 5 hours ago and I still have no idea how much I was charged for it. The employee was nice and I didn't have to wait long like at other locations.Pamela A.

They were extremely poor communicators with regard to what i was renting. I rented the uhaul for â€œthe dayâ€ then they called and said i was late returning it because they asked me to bring it back by 2pm and i said i could try. I asked what the difference in price was if i kept it the whole day, they said no difference. Then when i returned the uhaul, they gave me a bill foe $60.00 (i was quoted 34.00. They did not tell me that i was contracted for only 10 miles. In fact, i never saw or signed a contract at all. Horrible experience. I will NEVER be back and would recommend ANY other uhaul location over this one.blake T.

Truck was dirty (inside the cab and the loading bed), interior dome light was held on by tape, the key was very temperamental and had to be positioned just right to turn on the ignition, the parking break is broken, AND to top it off my reservation was not initially showing on their computer so even though I did the mobile check in they wouldn't release the keys to me initially.Rochelle R.

Entire experience was horrible!!! I'll never use or recommend Uhaul again. I spent over $11,000 renting from Uhaul this day and was treated poorly, given horrible equipment and was overcharged!AMY D.
Took over an hour & 1/2 to finally get the vehicle. The girl had no idea what she was doing. The vehicle was old, dirty, full of cigarette ash, no gas in it, drove horrible, alignment was off and dash lights & radio kept going out. Worst 3 days of travel of my life. And I was overcharged!!!!AMY D.
I couldn't pick up my truck before hours like scheduled. I had to wait until opened at 8. The guy wasn't there until 810. The truck was dirty on the inside. There were papers on passenger seat from previous rental. The tank showed full and when I returned, 8 miles later, it took $30 to fill it. I won't rent there again.Kerry S.

I delivered the truck earlier than initially expected. I arrived a little after dark and had a problem identifying the drop-off station, which turned out to be a gasoline station. I delivered the truck with 3/4 tank of fuel and a few miles over the allotted amount. I asked to be be given some credit for the half tank of fuel over the initial 1/4 amount received but was denied. I am disappointed on the lack of consideration.JOSE L.

The problem with my experience was with the reservation process. I reserved a one- way truck a month in advance to be picked up 5 minutes from my starting point and was notified the day prior to pickup NO truck was available. My only option was to drive 2.5 hours round trip to pick up a truck . I was scheduled to drop off at a location within 6 miles of my destination and the day prior to my return date was rerouted to a location much further away. Fortunately the drop off was corrected. The facilities themselves are great! Very easy online, check in, drop off all went very well.Mary E.

I am super upset, I literally filled this truck up and the gas gang didn't work properly. So I spent $ 50 and 12.5 gallons of gasoline to go literally 31 miles on my receipt. I use uhaul on a regular basis, and with the language bearer I'm just shit out of luck.Joseph M.

The truck was disgusting inside and out. Inside was NOT cleaned prior to our pick up. Smelled like cigarettes, with cigarette butts left all over the truck, beer bottle caps and food crumbs. Inside and the cargo area was filled with ashes from a fire. The whole cargo area smelled like smoke and fire. We did go inside and complained they didn't clean the cab just quickly swept out the back. We asked if the cab had been cleaned before we got there and they said no, it was just dropped off. But the "this truck was cleaned and sanitized" paper was in it. Worst experience ever at a uhaul.Shawn M.
The trailer was clean but had to wait at an Arci station for someone who knew how to work the uhaul computer, he was off premise. He was kind and polite but He guilted me back to the trailer ( first he tried to guild me to a car trailer) and once he guided me to the correct trailer he had me hook up the trailer myself and then as I was doing it he just walked away. No goodbye, thank you or anything else! What if I had no idea how to hook up a trailer properly??? Very dangerous in my opinion. Personally I prefer to do it myself as that way I know it is done properly but the majority of clients probably have no idea. He did not check to see if I had a properly rated ball, hitch or anything else. The tires were pretty boarderline in my opinion and I had no issue driving it a couple hundred miles but if I were driving much further I would not have felt safe doing itJohn A.

you could inform them that the truck is going to be a local truck. I had to go to lodi Ca to get a truck that i reserved 2 weeks before in elk grove Ca. Uhaul sucks and I'll never use uhaul again. you also charged me for equipment i never got or used. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!Stephen C.

They didn't even check truck before I left. They handed me keys and pointed to which one I was using. Then it only had a quarter tank , I brought it back with more gas then it left with and was charged for gas and a refuel fee of 52$ and some change. Ridiculous and a rip offSARAH F.

Stop doing business with them. That location was horrible. I had to wait over an hour to pick up the trailer. They didn't have anyone at the location for uhaul that knew anything so I can to talk over the phone with someone I never even saw. Ended up not getting a contract and having to give them my card information and a picture of my license over the phone which is sketchy as heck under the circumstances.TIMOTHY A.
This location is absolutely awful. Truck was absolutely disgusting! Dried white fluid everywhere and smelled. Seats and dash and windows filthy. The equipment I ordered as well was never given included one furniture dolley, an appliance dolley, and a regular dolley. Back of truck had dirt and trash in it. Went into the location to get the truck and had worst customer service. I then called after leaving with the truck to ask about missing equipment and uhaul rep was unprofessional and hung up on me because I couldn't understand his heavy accent. I am so disappointed with uhaul and it's equipment. I then had to go back to another uhaul location from the first since he wouldn't help me and ordered more dolleys. Pick all 3 up in my one car and get to the house where my movers are waiting to find one of the dolleys broken and won't move. I'm disgusted with uhaul and will never recommend your services of any kind to anyone. Your trucks are neglected and a health hazard and can barely make it up the grapevine, your equipment is hazardous and ill maintained. Your locations are ran by untrustworthy, cheap, and dirty human beings. Your customer service is less than subpar and frankly unacceptable. You do not stand by your mission statement as a company. And I will be disputing my charges with my bank. I will use any other company besides uhaul at this point. You should too. Trust me when you've made all your plans and arrangements to move and uhaul doesn't have your back you will be in my position and regret using them at all. Save yourself the trouble and look a little harder because this is your worst option.alexandra M.

The person who does the rental doesn't know how to do it, he had to ask someone else and ask me to tip the person he asked to help, which I didn't mind because regardless whether he ask me or not , I will tip. But I just feel that he should know he to do the work. The other person was grumpy and he broke the key to my hitch because of his unwillingness. this is a gas station. i kept being made to wait while they rung up customers buying food, gas or drinks. owner did not know what they were doing. clearly they were new to this process. they required me to download my drivers license which OPTIONAL when i booked everything online. when i mentioned that, they read to me uhauls prepared responses. as i stated, they did not understand what they were doing. the entire experience has made me realize that i need to use other companies in the future. the truck was filthy inside and out. in todays world of the need fir cleanliness, this truck has not been cleaned, EVER. I had to wipe it down and ckean the windows so i could see out of themKen T.
