It's a lot of back roads and turns in a big truck. there was no-one there which is fine but this questionnaire made me select if personnel was helpful when n/a isn't an option

RICKY ETruck was dirty inside and smelled of cigarettes. There was stuff leaning against truck we had to move. Once we drove it, there was a significant shake. The rep was busy upon our return and unable To do walk around and check in. I left uneasy that reservation would be closed out at rates expected. Otherwise, a good experience. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
