Truck was dirty inside and smelled of cigarettes. There was stuff leaning against truck we had to move. Once we drove it, there was a significant shake. The rep was busy upon our return and unable To do walk around and check in. I left uneasy that reservation would be closed out at rates expected. Otherwise, a good experience. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

ROXANE WMy check in person was friendly and professional. However I ordered a 10’ and they gave me a 15 much larger and not as easy to navigate. It was not a welcome upgrade, I would’ve felt more comfortable with the 10’. And I spent more in gas and just navigating around. Very disappointing.
