Keys not in box Turning it in had problems with my bill The lady helping me was great, but everyone was worried how I got the other vehicle rather than customer service and help me. I was also told that they would call me and talk about the bill - but no one called.

April LApp not responding messages would appear every 5 seconds after I started the pick up. Same with the drop off. Would never use again. Im thankful for the staff at Logan Community Thrift & Consignment for helping me (A++) because the app has me sooo pissed off I was ready to go somewhere else. Besides the app, Uhaul provided a great service. Thanks
