Personnel rudely told me the truck was 20 fr after informing her it was 16’9”. She said no it’s a TT so I measured it to show her and document by photo.
Dana PLet people know in the beginning that the small trucks don’t have ramps. Especially when a dolly is rented with the truck
DANA BThere were no personnel at the drop-off location. This location was also a U-Haul storage location, so it took a few minutes to find the key drop-box. Perhaps something at the building door telling customers where the key drop is located would be helpful.
