The pick up location gentleman/owner was nice. I've not rented a uhaul in 20 yrs, so I expected to do most online (e.g.initialing rental & typing payment method via my laptop) but I found the app to be complicated, difficult to navigate. Owner struggled to help me and wound up calling his district manager? to guide us through the process. It took awhile but we finally got it done and off to load up! I had hoped to get most done before arrival via email and/or using laptop. Didn't expect dependency on phone app. as much as was required. And others may prefer it, but wish there was more than the app as an option to submit info, payment etc.
