I was in here 2-3 months ago and they were unable to process my payment dues to computer issues. I was asked to leave ALL my sensitive credit card on a piece of paper for them so they could process it when the computer was up. I was VERY USEASY about that and kept close tabs on my cc for a couple months afterward. Thankfully, no issues. Last week, I rented another piece of equipment. That entire rental experience was ridiculous! I was unable to maneuver the rachet strap slot due to LACK OF lubrication on them, causing even more time delay and frustration! Once again, computer issues were SO BAD it took the better part of an hour total, and then the transaction failed! At this point, I told the guy to call me when the computer was fixed and I'd come in to pay, and I left. Without paying. That's right! Oh, wait, there's more! That old man NEEDS TO STOP SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING! It's nasty! What's the point of having a NO SMOKING sign if he smokes in there?! Also, he NEVER brings out the proper lift equipment to lift the trailers off the ground. I WILL NOT MUSCLE YOUR EQUIPMENT WHEN YOU HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WITH PROPER EQUIPMENT!! Because he doesn't bring the proper equipment out THE FIRST TIME, he is forced to go back in and get it. To make that worse, he's an old guy and walks very slowly. I get that, but BRING THE EQUIPMENT WITH HIM THE FIRST TIME OUT!!! I did receive FOUR emails later; everything was billed properly and closed out. But why FOUR emails, instead of one?! There are other Uhaul rental locations around me. I will go to them if I need further Uhaul help. I'm DONE WITH THIS LOCATION! UNHAPPY! Mike Miller
