Steve was great to deal with.
Tracy AI absolutely would NOT recommend renting from the Lolo location, at least not from Old man Steve. He charged me for additional insurance coverage that I specifically declined. He reiterated to me that I would be taking financial responsibility to which I agreed because I have excellent auto insurance. Yet, he still charged me for it. When I called to dispute the charge he said there was nothing they could do since I signed the contract and told me I could, “call Uhaul and bitch to them.” I did not appreciate his response nor his unwillingness to take accountability or apologize for his mistake. They also charged me a $25.00 cleaning fee for leaving a couple leafs in the back.

cary gTrailer axel was not in great condition, the only reason we actually took the trailer was because there was no other option! We actually had to grease and tape it, we had to stop several times on our drive to make sure things were okay!
