the business hours said they close at 9, I booked it went there for pick up at 4:45pm, and they were closed. I had to download the app to be able to pick up my rental truck. and that was the start of another nightmare . app did not work , called customer service and kept transferring me to different departments. the process took 45 minutes ,took years of life out of me. i thought I will miss my urgent pickup . but thank God I was able to appear to my schedule pickup before they close. This location is un processional and I don’t recommend it

Great pick-up location. This wasn’t my first time renting, so the process was easy since I knew the steps. I ordered a 12-pack of quilted blankets but didn’t receive them. I checked with customer service to make sure I wasn’t charged, and I wasn’t. Overall, I’d pick up from this location again.
