This was the second location I had to go to in order to pick up a truck. Customer service agents found both locations for me, but only after spending $30 on an Uber to get to the first location, a second customer service agent informed me that the truck wasn’t set up for mobile pick up. After another Uber and another $30, I made it to AJ’s. The truck was there as claimed and I was able to drive it away. Can’t ask for a lot more! Except for the fiasco with the first truck, the experience was a life saver!

Please make sure the tires are repaired. The truck I picked up had a leak . I had to stop twice to put air in the tire. Upgrade your equipment. They all have a noisy cabin. The staff was friendly and helpful but the equipment needed work.
jesse jthe business hours said they close at 9, I booked it went there for pick up at 4:45pm, and they were closed. I had to download the app to be able to pick up my rental truck. and that was the start of another nightmare . app did not work , called customer service and kept transferring me to different departments. the process took 45 minutes ,took years of life out of me. i thought I will miss my urgent pickup . but thank God I was able to appear to my schedule pickup before they close. This location is un processional and I don’t recommend it
Majd SGreat pick-up location. This wasn’t my first time renting, so the process was easy since I knew the steps. I ordered a 12-pack of quilted blankets but didn’t receive them. I checked with customer service to make sure I wasn’t charged, and I wasn’t. Overall, I’d pick up from this location again.
