I only dropped the truck off at this location after hours, but the person who I contacted was very helpful in walking me through the drop off process. A NA choice would be helpful for categories you are unable to rate the provider on.

Jeramie OPick up was very easy. This was my first time picking up through the app which took a little time but it was no problem to figure out. This location is very accessible and the van was basically brand new.
Andrew HRear parking lot was tight for maneuvering the larger truck, for a driver not used to handling such a big vehicle!
Rosemary CThis was the second location I had to go to in order to pick up a truck. Customer service agents found both locations for me, but only after spending $30 on an Uber to get to the first location, a second customer service agent informed me that the truck wasn’t set up for mobile pick up. After another Uber and another $30, I made it to AJ’s. The truck was there as claimed and I was able to drive it away. Can’t ask for a lot more! Except for the fiasco with the first truck, the experience was a life saver!
