I was charged $25 for drop off at a the nearby location because there was no room at the lot at the original drop off. Danny at the original drop off told me to take it to AJs. No one told me there would be a fee. It just showed up on my visa. I will also escalate this and require a refund

Fill up the van with gas for the customer and provide all of the equipment (dolly/blankets/etc.) requested on the order.
Parker RPoor internet at this location so mobile pickup took over an hour. Then the access code wasn't sent to us so we had to call multiple times before pickup complete. Maybe it would be better during working hours.
