How U-Haul Reviews WorkPick up was very easy. This was my first time picking up through the app which took a little time but it was no problem to figure out. This location is very accessible and the van was basically brand new.

Rosemary CThis was the second location I had to go to in order to pick up a truck. Customer service agents found both locations for me, but only after spending $30 on an Uber to get to the first location, a second customer service agent informed me that the truck wasn’t set up for mobile pick up. After another Uber and another $30, I made it to AJ’s. The truck was there as claimed and I was able to drive it away. Can’t ask for a lot more! Except for the fiasco with the first truck, the experience was a life saver!
EDWIN BPlease make sure the tires are repaired. The truck I picked up had a leak . I had to stop twice to put air in the tire. Upgrade your equipment. They all have a noisy cabin. The staff was friendly and helpful but the equipment needed work.
