Dennis BWe ordered a dolly and paid for it, but we had no way to get a dolly. It was not in our truck. This caused our move job to be more difficult. The truck mats were also very dirty. The building and parking lot appeared to be clean, and the after hour pick up process was fairly easy. Accessible location.
