Location was good. U-Haul awful. I rented two dollies. The day before U-Haul called me to change my original pickup location and to cancel one pf the dollies but it turns out that when I got to the location none of the dollies were thereand I had to wait around 20min in the middle of the cold for nothing. The person told me he was going to inform the issue for me to have the dolly off my bill by when I drop it off, but that didn't happen so I lost $12 just because. I'm not going to waste my time calling for $12 but definitely you don't have a pleased client here. Truck was also super old and weird to drive.

JATIN BThe heater blower did not work when I was winding down the window because the heater doesn’t work. The door knob handle for the window came off in my hand. I didn’t like the way they wouldn’t process me out when I got back. Did not like this location at all.
