We dropped off the truck at 10:45 am on the day it was due (at 1pm) - wednesday december 10. The process was followed and the keys dropped off. Got a charge on Thursday for an extra day. When customer service called the UHAUL location they told them it was dropped off on thursday. I had to prove with pictures we took that it was done the day before. What a frustrating end to this transaction. Your self service app and process is not good.

FREDERICK JHours were not the same as I was told when picking up the rental in Caledonia. Needs to be more clear. Numbers marking the unit at the drop off location or confusing, a large 3 marks it, but it is listed as unit 5. I went to the wrong place first, and the workers were familiar with my problem it having occurred so frequently before.
