Have better plan in place for when trucks do not get dropped off at the time they are supposed to. Could not pick up our u-haul at the time reserved due to the previous customer not returning the truck. Was on hold for over an hour then had to make a reservation to receive a call 40 minutes later for the u-haul representative not be able to do anything or guarantee another truck for us. Had to wait until morning to call the local scheduling office and hope that there would be a truck available on the busiest moving day (1st of the month). Not a great system and was very disappointed with the service and solutions u-haul provided. Also u-haul should be contacting customers if the truck reappears, because the only reason we were able to get our truck was because i happened to look at the app and it said late pickup in the morning. No call or email letting us know that the truck had been returned. U-haul needs to work on communication with clients, and less wait times for their 24/7 contact number. Very frustrating experience.

Honestly, I'd rather walk my furniture next time instead of having to deal with the below average IQ folks who work at this location. When I first went to pick up the truck, the first guy didn't even know the combination of the lock to the back of the truck, so I had to wait for him to figure that out. Great start there. The day went by fine, I moved all my stuff, dropped the truck off and the guy at the desk just took the key and that was it. Shortly after that I receive my receipt by email, which had a $48 charge attached for missing furniture, because these lazy workers couldn't even be bothered to check the back of the truck properly. I called these guys FOUR times over the course of roughly 24 hours. Every single time I had to explain myself again. Every single time they said they'd have to make a phone call and they'd call me back. NOT ONCE did they return my calls. I had to call them back every. single. time. And every single time I called, it's clear these idiots didn't even know what I was talking about because they still charged me the full amount even after I stated I needed the $48 refund. I called U-Haul corporate after the phone call with the 4th goof, and she was finally able to get me my refund which turned out to be $54 worth. They also tried to tell me 6 miles was equivalent to 31KM. LOL, get real. I've never had such a miserable experience with any customer facing business, and I will NEVER go back to this place. I told Uhaul that they should pass this information to the area manager, and I hope you guys lose your ability to rent Uhauls after this. One of the lowest rated ones in town, and it's no surprise.
