The truck had some garbage and boxes in it from whoever used it last. Nothing filthy just a bit of junk, I never leave anything behind when I rent a truck.

The girl at the counter was not super experienced with the U-Haul process, however she was very pleasant and was very quick to make the calls necessary to make my experience a good one
Mike SHad to wait for someone to show up to process the rental as the person on staff there wanted to leave, then had to speak with someone on the phone and clarify everything which ate into my time but he was helpful.
Michael MSomebody peed inside the truck and it had a terrible smell.
AHMAD Mthe truck was at an esso and should have been filled up prior to me renting and this would save me estimating how much to put in at the end of my rental as i would be expected to return it full of fuel
