Make sure the vehicles are running and the snow is plowed around them please. The battery was dead in the first truck so we had to get another one. The 2nd truck got stuck in the snow due to all the snow that was piled up around it. My husband had to dig the snow out and get the truck out because it got stuck. No excuses about bad weather because the rest of the parking lot was well plowed! Have the vehicles ready and be on time with them please. The man in the store really didn't know what he was doing and didn't know much about the app. All store employees should be trained. All of this experience put us 1 1/2 to almost 2 hours behind schedule and a customer shouldnt have to go to so much trouble yet be billed the full amount for the vehicle!

Customer service. Dont hangup on a customer when you made a mistake. Inputting proper dates. Said I returned the vehicle a day late, even though I handed the keys in, you just didn't submit it. Called Uhaul because whoever was working the till hung up. Worst Uhual experience thus far. I will ensure I avoid that pickup and drop off location.
