When I arrived at the U-Haul location to pick up the 10' truck I booked, they had no truck available. The only solution they offered is "go to another location to see if they have." I called customer service, and after being on hold for a long time and talking with a number of people, I was offered a 10' truck in a nearby location. That truck was disgusting. Stinky, sticky steering wheel, cans, and even a plate with dog food in the dashboard. I am very disappointed with the low standard of the service.

The truck had a hole in the bottom of the bed. There was garbage in it when I picked it up. The company scammed me by charging me for fuel even though I filled it up.
