We ran into issues with the app check in. No one in local office would come out to assist. They only referred us to corporate. Corporate told us the local office should be helping. We were stuck and did not complete check in

CAROL MThe app for UHAUL will zap the battery on your phone. It wants pictures of everything, including your DL, and references. I thought I had taken care of it all beforehand, but the app will take about 30 minutes to complete regardless. I'll go somewhere else for the next move.
