Eric JWe reserved a trailer at a closer location and were forced to drive 35 minutes away to this location. The person who changed the reservation did NOT tell us that our pick up time changed to earlier! The location was CLOSED at the pm. What a night mare this service person was over the phone. We will actively avoid using UHaul again! However, the person in Longmont was lovely.
