The wiper blades were well worn, they didn't clean affectively.

The lady was nice and pleasant. The truck was clean but the AC was not working. When I returned I told the the agent and he said he will let U-Haul know and not rent out that truck till it fixed.
TRUNG NStop trying to overcharge. The site autoselects for coverage, dollies, boxes, and blankets. Even after I took all that off and reserved the reservation, uhaul put the coverage back on when I got to the location.
Darrell FIt was right off the road and easy to locate and the dropoff was right at the front.
Michael DThis is not wholly on Securcare, as UHAUL let me down in their customer service calls during the morning of my rental pick up. But I will definitely not use a self-checkout at a closed business again either. I was put more than 2 hours behind schedule due to the issues we had, and lost the help we had scheduled to assist us that morning. #1, Make sure the employees actually put the dollies requested into the trucks! Customer service transferred me to someone who was supposed to set me up with one, then they dropped the call with no return call. I called back and was told to go to an open UHAUL dealer (across town) and they would get me one. I arrived and they said Corporate does not allow dolly only rentals! I was stuck with no dolly and had to BUY one. Seems like a SCAM to me! #2, They shouldn't let trucks be left with less than a 1/4 tank of fuel for the next person. I was already expecting to add fuel at the end of the trip, but I shouldn't have to start out that way as well. #3, They should take a truck off the road if it's not running correctly. Ours was idling rough and probably cost us more than we should have needed in fuel costs. No check engine light, but the rough idle was clear as day as soon as the truck was turned on. I may not rent with UHAUL again after this experience.
