I was told by the rental lady Mona that I was allowed to return my rental at my local uhall in Henderson, Tx. She even told me that i was gona save money on miles. I did that and got a WRONGDROPOFF charge of $206. I called and the local manager give me a refund for $110.25. I really think that i should ve refunded fully since it was my intention to return the truck to the place where i got it, i only changed my mind after she told me it would save me money by returning at the place. Lose to my house.

The wiper blades were well worn, they didn't clean affectively.
William IThe lady was nice and pleasant. The truck was clean but the AC was not working. When I returned I told the the agent and he said he will let U-Haul know and not rent out that truck till it fixed.
TRUNG NStop trying to overcharge. The site autoselects for coverage, dollies, boxes, and blankets. Even after I took all that off and reserved the reservation, uhaul put the coverage back on when I got to the location.
