I was sent to this location due to the fact my original location for pickup did not have the truck I requested and then I was sent here. Upon arriving I was unable to open lock box for the key to the truck. I was then sent to a 3rd location to obtain a truck. And then charged a fee that was incorrect. Terrible, horrible. I have used u-Haul for several years but will contact Penske next time. I'm still waiting for my $50.00 refund to my credit card.
