The truck had a very strong marijuana smell that lasted the entire time, all 4 days. Do something to get rid of the smell when it gets returned like that, dont just ignore it, it was truely awful.

Everything was ready for us when we rented the truck. No issues with any part of this rental.
Rick RI was sent to this location due to the fact my original location for pickup did not have the truck I requested and then I was sent here. Upon arriving I was unable to open lock box for the key to the truck. I was then sent to a 3rd location to obtain a truck. And then charged a fee that was incorrect. Terrible, horrible. I have used u-Haul for several years but will contact Penske next time. I'm still waiting for my $50.00 refund to my credit card. HARRY WHave a clearer explanation of where to drop the keys off. Possibly add a drop off box that’s vibrant and clear to see for U-Haul customers.
Andres DThe no contact check in and return has a ridiculous number of steps! I had 2 other people with me and we had to use all 3 phones just to check in! This is not a good process.
