How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe pickup experience at this location was miserable. The shop manager was very hard to work with. He was condescending and did not seem capable to handle the computer or and the U-Haul rental process. Loading a small trailer took over a half hour and I was the only customer. Inside of the shop was a mess. This was a very unusual experience for me as I am a regular U-haul renter. I will go out of my way to avoid renting from this location in the future. I am very glad that it was me and not my wife that went into that shop to be treated so disrespectfully. The trailer was in great condition, but the rest was a mess.

ED CThe truck had a very strong marijuana smell that lasted the entire time, all 4 days. Do something to get rid of the smell when it gets returned like that, dont just ignore it, it was truely awful.
