JACKIE FI dropped off the equipment after hours but your guidance is easy and clear for drop off situations.
Juan AThe location staff was great but over all the customer service reps are horrible on the 1800 number not only that but I was charged an additional $59 when I returned the equipment a day early and put gas in it before the return. When we originally picked it up they told us it was three quarters of the way full and it wasn’t We then informed uhaul and they said they would update that information. Just put the gas back to where it was. Which we actually done that. We also done a u share for you all and waited over 1.45 hours for them to hook it to us which put us behind our travel time well over two hour delays. We ran into multiple issues. And would never suggest uhaul again for ourselves…
