It took them a full day to check the truck in causing me to have to follow up with both U-Haul and the vendor to ensure I was properly credited for the return.
Bernard THave working equipment. Was not clean. Uhaul was not looked over before we took it, not was paper work processed at that time. Uhaul broken down and had to have it towed back to my location and then towed from my house the next day. Definitely not worth the $611 i was charged.
Paul MIt was a bit dirty and it had roaches. Recommend to spray it with Raid before other clients rent it so that way this creeps don't come along to there new apts or homes, besides that we had a good safe experience.
