I was charged an additional fee when dropping the truck off, the gas tank was half full when I picked up and dropped off, can’t get anyone to return my call to explain why I was charged more, plus I was charged for 50 miles and only drive it 45. Had it scheduled to be picked up at 12 John wasn’t even there some other guy told me to come back in an hour, he finally called him and finished the pickup order on the phone. He told me no additional charges unless I went over the 50 miles that I paid for. I am very upset!!
