I returned the truck 10 hours early and fuel was correct but I was charged additional day/gas because they didn't check in the truck until well after the return date/time.

Make sure my reservation was fir what I ordered. At the place and price that it was made for and paper work done when I pick up. Not a hour and a half at somewhere 17 miles from my origin. Very dissatisfied! Now I am waiting on my refund, cause your agents over charged me. Very poor customer service and not people friendly.

Make sure the vehicle is very secure on the Dollie. I made it from loris to my drive in Manning with no problems. I didn't realize that as I made my right hand turn into my drive the car slid off the Dollie. I made sure to drive slowly and carefully the whole way. I realized I did not have my car when the police advised me of the hazard the car presented in its position. Due to the time and being tired I just went right inside thinking I would unload the next morning

We returned the uhaul with the correct amount of gas and a day EARLY and was charged more !! That is insane.

The process to pick up the truck by cell phone was extremely frustrating and upsetting. It took over an hour to process and get the keys. The service representative was very condescending, saying I need to be in Chrome for the process to work, she did not know how to instruct me. I came to realize, I had Chrome on my phone.. I believe being early in the morning, not able to take clear photos, was the problem. As day light became better the process was able to be completed.
