Johnny IThe truck steering was very sloppy with a 1/4 turn. The key lock box was left unlocked. I used the truck for 3 of 5 days and no credit for unused days. The U-Haul move help was not scheduled for the days I specified and it cost me $500 extra to get the truck loaded and unloaded. I’m a Disabled Veteran and I will not ever use any U-Haul equipment or other services again and will let everyone know how bad this situation was and is.

KRISTAL VIt took them a full day to check the truck in causing me to have to follow up with both U-Haul and the vendor to ensure I was properly credited for the return.
