The associate Kyle was great. Friendly, informative, patient. However, the truck itself was dirty from the previous customers (candy wrapper and food on the dashboard and floor of the truck). Back of truck not cleaned out completely. And also, the Uhaul back system cancelled my original 15 foot truck reservation, and replaced it with a 10 foot reservation. Very disappointing, and cost me half a day of extra driving plus extra gas. I called customer service and even they acknowledged that I had reserved the 15 food and didn’t understand why the system dropped the reservation. I reserved the 15 foot because I spent time calculating how much I needed and the 10 foot was insufficient.

Actually have the truck at the location the customer has been given. It happoens every time I show up get sent elsewhere then that place sends me to another place and I still dont get the truck I reserved. I rent a U haul once a week. When I return it the same dam thing happoens.

ESTEFANY MAbraham is outstanding with his customer service, and helped me understand the different sizing in trucks. I came in looking for a smaller truck but he said the 15 footer has a ramp. I said let me take that. And it served me well. Will be coming back because of Abraham's professional and warm customer service.
