Actually there wasn't anyone there as it was after hours so can't comment on the staff there however I will mention that the space was a bit too small for returning a 20' truck rental. I got it to work but it took up about 3 or more spots as I had to park it diagonally to fit and leave enough room for the other two vans to be able to be moved out. All around a useful and easy drop off experience though!

KEITH BGive detailed instructions and how the truck works to the driver. I wasn’t informed about the tow/haul feature and nobody could answer the question as to when the cargo light in the back turned off.
