Friendly, efficient, and quick service. I received my receipt within minutes of returning the vehicle. The office was well maintained. Will definitely use this location again if we need to rent a U-Haul in the near future.

Always the go-to location for me not just Nice but extra helpful

The Self Service pickup option was HORRIBLE. It did not work at all, even though I followed all the steps several times. Luckily, Felipe was there after hours to help me out with my rental. He was super nice and understanding about the situation. Thanks Felipe!

Just had a few concerns when I got the big truck from U-Haul in San Diego and I loaded my furniture when I started driving the highway to Los Angeles I was actually scared and a little bit fearful because the truck was making very loud engine noises like it did not want to shift very scary to be driving on the highway thankfully I made it safely to LA I was only able to do 50 miles an hour the whole way truck was very loud inside steering wheel was very sticky.. I cleaned it with towels. other wise my stuff all fit in the truck and I made it safely to L.A. from San Diego customer service was good on pick up and return at both location great friendly people . just was scared of the truck noises and not able to drive the highway. Took way longer than I expected to drive .

Get a parking lot!

If you make self and night-drop offs even more easy with a helpful mobile App, that'd be so much better. If you did what zip car does for moving it'd be helpful

The guy just did not care. I had never rented a truck for moving before and I had no idea how it worked and he just gave me the keys without caring for anything. He did not explain anything to me on how it worked and about the contract he just made me sign in like a split second and just gave a bunch of papers and did not even know what my contract was and where to start to read since he he was in such hurry and now I got charged 54 extra dollars for gas. 30 dollar convenience fee? Are you for real? This is a lot of money and I am not rich at all to just go throwing money down the drain like this. Never using this service again.

Thanks for an easy transaction.

The uhaul website is horrible and full of glitches. My reservations were completely changed without my knowledge and I was never made aware of the changes. I called customer service about my changes and was transferred 5 or 6 times. I had to tell my problem every time, was continuously transferred to different people and then finally told that the line I needed to call had been closed for hours and I couldn't do what I needed to do until the next morning. Which was the day I moved. I was very stressed out going into my move due to Uhaul and their non guaranteed reservations.

Lots of hidden charges... final cost much more expensive than expected. I should have gone with Galpin.

Great customer service! I picked up the uhaul Monday morning and ended up keeping it until Wednesday they called to check in because I had only rented for one day. They were really nice and understanding that I needed to hold on to the uhaul. Wednesday night when I dropped off the uhaul they were closed but that was not a problem. I just parked out front and left the keys in a yellow box. Best uhaul I have used so far and I use uhaul a lot. Thanks guys!

Great experience with Thriftee. However, I got a phone call days later saying that I hadn't turned in the van and that I had late fees, which wasn't true. That was confusing and worrisome.

Great people running the operation!

I was overcharged (overestimated) on milieage by 100 miles and thus paid more for the rental than i should have. I won't be using Uhaul again and will use Penske instead. Sorry guys.
