My original reservation was for a 15ft truck but was told the day before pick up that no 15 ft trucks were available within 50 miles of my pickup location. This caused major problems for my move, and should have been handled differently. If I had known I could only get a smaller truck I would have packed my belongings differently to prioritize getting what I needed into the truck
