I've been driving by this location for years and only recently found that they rent UHaul vehicles. We've used another location in the neighborhood and the service has drastically declined over the years. Thankful to have found Thriftee and our experience in renting a cargo van and moving blankets today was a positive one. The employees were very attentive, the cargo van was clean and in great shape, the moving blankets seemed like they were brand new. Overall we had a great experience and they have a new customer. Be back soon!

Josie RThriftee is a breath of fresh air for renting a U-Haul in Los Angeles. I've rented from several different locations and this one is far and away the best. And, no offense, but your app sucks ass. Your corporate greed has forced people to an experience devoid of human interaction. Thriftee has actual human customer service which is what sets them apart. And here you are....b-b-b-but what about the shareholders!
