Just a better check of the tires for car hauling equipment especially if someone has a haul of more than an hour traveled 6 hours and one of the tires did give us little concern especially since hauler didn’t have a spare

JOSE BI started checking in on the app maybe 10 minutes after my reservation time(if not, sooner) and there was issues. When I spoke to customer service, they said it can be tricky since I was late. Secondly, when I was finally able to proceed, the app gave me the wrong passcode for the lock. I tried for a good 30 minutes and called for help 3 times while being rained on to get it open. I even had my brother try it. Turns out, that a worker, not sure if u-haul or Los fresnos storage changed the locks. Our customer service rep was gracious enough to give us alternative codes to finally get it open. Overall, got rained on a lot and lost an hour of valuable time.
