Leonard BThe staff I met (2 guys) were friendly and helpful. The truck’s back lift door was bad. Nearly pulled my shoulder out trying to lift it open. The left side cable was either broken or not on spring. I told them that when I returned the vehicle and the guy said he knew. That truck should have never been rented in that condition. Please fix it.
