The address on the print out on the reservation I received, directed me to an address in San Luis Obispo. I drove around for a bit, then eventually called a number on the reservation and the trailer was actually in Los Osos, 10 miles away from where I was--VERY FRUSTRATING. Once I got to Los Osso, they didn't have the 12 blankets I requested, only 10 (not really a big deal but not right. When I went to leave San Luis Obispo, we double checked the trailer lights, and when using the right turn signal, both trailer light flashed on and off, like I had activated my emergency flashers on. A bad experience overall.
