Picked up the truck and drove to house stared loading stuff and noticed the floor was covered in oil and was traked into the house we were selling. It stained the carpet in the bedroom. Had to unload what was in the truck and drive it back bad overall experience. New truck had trash in the back. U-haul likes to charge you for all the stuff you do wrong but do nothing for the customers inconvenience. This location needs to inspect the truck before renting out. Will never rent another from this location and canceled the one for the move across country.
