I ret8urned the truck on time - the receipt even says this - but I get charged an extra $40 for an extra day! I put 30 gallons of gas in it but still get charged for gasoline! I feel taken advantage of and will not use or recommend U-Haul to anyone. When I picked up the truck the gas gauge said 90 miles until empty - when I dropped it off it said 140 miles until empty. This experience was BS.
Monte SPicked up the truck and drove to house stared loading stuff and noticed the floor was covered in oil and was traked into the house we were selling. It stained the carpet in the bedroom. Had to unload what was in the truck and drive it back bad overall experience. New truck had trash in the back. U-haul likes to charge you for all the stuff you do wrong but do nothing for the customers inconvenience. This location needs to inspect the truck before renting out. Will never rent another from this location and canceled the one for the move across country.

Mark WPerhaps offer a spare tire for an additional expense? It could provide piece of mind for some customers in the event of a flat.
