I wouldn’t want no one representing my company the way this man treated me. He included insurance that I didn’t ask for and charged me a cleaning fee for nothing. I have a picture of when the rental was returned and there is clearly nothing to clean so why was I charged? Very rude very nasty. Told me he didn’t care. And take it up with uhaul. Returned the uhaul at 2:30/3 but it wasn’t checked in until after 9pm. This whole experience was UNACCEPTABLE!

Total mileage was accurate but found the safe mover add on was listed although i opted out. Contacted Uhaul customer service and they corrected the issue so I appreciate the additional service
