This is my 2nd time renting from this location. Honestly, if I knew that the place that I was renting from was this place, I would have changed my reservation because my last reservation did not go well. What I experienced last time, I experienced again with this reservation. The owner is always trying to overcharge me on a reservation. He always says that the gas isn't where it shouldn't be and tries to charge me an additional $20 or so. Thankfully when I do my reservations, I take pictures. Also with this reservation, he put the incorrect customers number on there and also try the charge me for insurance when I declined it upon reserving my U-Haul. He's going to try to tell me that he asked me about the insurance but I wasn't listening when that was not truthful. When I reserve my U-Hauls I always decline the insurance. I won't ever be going to this location again. He's also the first and only one that I know of that does the check-ins which is how he be trying to overcharge. He's acts nice in the beginning but when it comes to you trying to prove a point that's when he starts to get aggressive. I've made plenty of reservations with U-Haul and I know the process but he makes me feel like I don't know what I'm doing. I was taking pictures of the U-Haul upon returning it and he was asking me when I was doing. He said he had already took pictures. I said I was taking pictures for my own records and then he was telling me I was being OCD when in fact that's what you should do when conducting any business with anyone just in case any type of issues arose. It's called due diligence. He wasn't expecting me to do that. When he tried to get me for the gas, I showed him the pictures of the before and then he's going to say that he was going to give me a refund this time and going to try to blame the needle thing on how the truck is parked saying that sometimes the needle may not line up correctly. Then I asked him about the insurance that he added on. I told him that I did not up in for that and he got upset and said that he was not refunding me for that. I knew who I was dealing with before I even conducted business with him upon picking up my U-Haul. I was right to make sure that I did my part. He even brought up the fact of me having to look all hard on my driver's license to keep people from taking advantage of me when he's the one that was the one trying to do so.

i’m not paying that that’s a rip off. I’ve been in the hospital and they charge you for things that never even happened. Get it off the roof.
GENNITHIA TOverall great experience! The van we had the brake lights were only on when pressed even when the headlights were on. It may have been an us issue or something maintenance related just a heads up.
