I’m extremely disappointed with my uhaul rental. I needed the 26’ truck and even though I was able to reserve it online Uhaul corporate called and said they had none available. The smaller truck cost me more money because I had to take 2 trips instead of 1. On top of that I also did early check in online and even though I took the time to have my personal information secured, the gentleman at the facility ( although extremely polite) used his cell phone and captured pictures of my drivers license. This is extremely insecure and now I will end up having to stay on top of potential identity theft. Uhaul needs to get with the times and communicate inventory and security concerns better.

Please have the customer service acknowledge that the renters have a schedule to maintain. Nobody cares about the issues that u haul are going through. This man talked about everything under the sun. We were late getting to our mover's due to this chattiness. I like to talk as well but not too much. Also we couldn't even get our money back from the deposit because the guy had to leave at 12. We have never dealt with this EVER from this company. We will definitely be looking for a new rental truck service. After booking a time and place, the truck was not there. We had a horrible experience and don't want to patronizing this type of business again.

Mr LeGrand was extremely helpful. I had reserved a trailer, and during the inspection we noticed issues with the lights. He went well out of his way to help me get things working, from calling other u hauls to see if they could troubleshoot the issue, to contacting third party mechanics, checking my wiring and eventually helping walk me through fixing it! I cannot speak highly enough about him. He truly went above and beyond and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future.

Guy was extremely rude and vulgar. Also I was charged twice on the rental charge because I turned the uhaul back in a little after what I thought I'd need it for. Never using this again.

The agent at this location was very nice, helpful and saved our night!! When doing the online pick up, the person I was chatting with, Kristen if remember well, told me that the second driver, Fran Herbe, needed to be there to pick up the truck. First, I never saw that information while booking, then, I told the person that Fran wasn’t there with me. While I was typing more, telling that fran could join me in 5 to 10 minutes, Kristan said that she couldn’t do the renting without Fran, told me to come back later and just STOPED THE CHAT ON ME! WHILE I WAS TYPING TO FIND A SOLUTION! I couldn’t finish my message that Kristen had already closed the chat! 5 minutes or less, Fran arrived, I then tried to do the pick up again, the website wasn’t letting me anymore and was telling me to come back later. It was past 10pm, if I rented the truck at 10pm it was for a reason, I couldn’t later! And I wasn’t going to go home, wait and come back later because Kristen was rude and expeditious! So I started calling the customer service, I spent more than 15 minutes with no answer! At this point I was getting very frustrated and disappointed by the service! Lucky us, the agent, Mr LeGrand I believe, arrived at the location at this point. He knew my name before I even started talking to him, asked me if everything was okay. After I told him the story, he told me to hang up the phone and that I will take care of us. Thanks to us him the problem was solved very fast and efficiently when I probably would have spent an hour on the phone to try to get my truck!!! Very disappointed by how the person on the chat treated me. Then today, when I brought back the truck, Mr LeGrand was there again. He asked me if everything went okay and if I was happy with the truck. He offered to do the check out for me, but I was already far in the mobile process. I guess I can say that thanks to Mr LeGrand my first experience with U-haul didn’t go as bad as it started.

The windshield had a crack in it. The mirrors were loose which caused blind spots while driving. My contents were soaked when I got to my destination so I am assuming that a water check was not done on the truck before I rented it. David was very friendly, but I would recommend getting the truck looked before other people rent the truck.
