The person who has the uhaul before me left boxes in it that I had to through out.i had to leave my storage unit to go pay for some bug spray cause the person left roaches. So that was another ten dollars outside the price of the uhaul.

When I shower up to pick up my rental the cashier tried to double charge me for my rental even though I showed him several times and explained to him that I already paid for the rental over the app. I had to call U-Haul customer service and wait over 10 minutes to get the Louisville area manager to get the cashier to give me the keys to the rental.
Cody WCharged me more than the quoted amount also there was no dolly and I wasn’t refunded for it
Elijah HI was charged for miles but there was no key in the lockbox and the overhead door was stuck open. I should get my full refund.
