The miles charge when I returned it was wrong! They didn't even allow me to ask why charging me extra for miles i didn't use!! they just told me to go! The pick up is at a dirty liquor store & they yell at you if parking in wrong spot! Won't rent from them again

TRACEY DThe representative was very nice and understanding when I explained the dirty condition a recieved the truck. I told him a had pictures of the condition of the truck I took at pick up. I told him I cleaned the cab, the windows and swept the back of the truck even though I received it dirty but I did not clean the outside. He thanked me and said he doesn't know why places give customers dirty trucks and he would clean the outside He said he wishes more customers were like me.
