TRACEY DThe representative was very nice and understanding when I explained the dirty condition a recieved the truck. I told him a had pictures of the condition of the truck I took at pick up. I told him I cleaned the cab, the windows and swept the back of the truck even though I received it dirty but I did not clean the outside. He thanked me and said he doesn't know why places give customers dirty trucks and he would clean the outside He said he wishes more customers were like me.
MICHAEL MReservation was made two weeks in advance and the day before the truck was to be picked up I was told I would have to go to a city an hour and fifteen minutes away to pick it up! Spent over an hour on the phone trying to get something local as originally scheduled and the local office people were rude.
