WILLIAM SThey were helpful because the uhaul in Missouri had the wrong return location in another state( Louisville, Tn) which we live in Sheoherdsville, Ky, and we almost got charged an additional $200 for dropping it off at our Uhaul Summit location in Shepherdsville, which we shared that information with Mo. Uhaul. Thank goodness the Uhaul at Summit made a phone call and got it taken care of. Very helpful.
